Our new 3500 m2 covered establishment, away only 200 m from our plant, for tools and die design and production will be starting to work in early 1997.
This facility is equipped with:
CAD/CAM with 3D and 2D and accessory PC's
CNC milling machines with multiple heads
CNC lathes
Spark erosion machines with different capacities
Traditional grinding machines, lathes and milling machines
The second 6300 T. press, complete with new hot shearing furnace and two accessory presses works since 1999.
Our third 6300 T. press works since Mid Year 2001.
A third Twisting machine is already in use.
Our surface today totals up to 200.000 m2.
The ISO/TS 16949 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certifications have been obtained, the official paperwork is finally downloadable.
